Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Grow Impact OS, provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. If you sign up for a ministry, school or organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.

4. Your ministry's data

The information you enter belongs to you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, and any consent or notices needed, to collect and use information about your applicants, students, staff and supporters, including sensitive information such as health or religious beliefs.

We process that information on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. [A Data Processing Agreement will be made available.]

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully, to harass or defraud, or to send unsolicited or deceptive messages.
• Do not attempt to access other workspaces, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.
• Do not resell the service except as we agree in writing.

6. Plans, trial and billing

• New workspaces start with a free trial of 15 days. No card is required.
• After the trial, a workspace without a paid plan becomes read-only. Its data is kept for [90 days] so you can subscribe and continue.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes apply from the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes such as VAT. We will give notice before changing prices. [Refund policy to be defined.]

7. Payments you collect

If you collect tuition or donations through Stripe, you contract directly with Stripe under its terms. We do not hold your funds. [Platform fee: currently none. We will give notice before introducing one.]

8. Communications

Service communications: we will email you about your account, security, billing and important changes to the service. These are part of providing the service and are sent while you have an account.

Promotional communications: we send product news, tips and offers only if you chose to receive them. You can withdraw that choice at any time through the unsubscribe link in any message or in your settings.

Messages that you send to your own applicants through the platform are your responsibility, including having permission to contact them.

9. AI support assistant

Our support assistant is automated and can make mistakes; it does not give legal, financial or pastoral advice. If it cannot help, you can send your question to our team, who aim to reply within [2 business days].

10. Intellectual property

We own the service, its software and branding. You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to host and process it only to provide the service.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features and will give notice of material changes.

12. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. You can export your data before closing. [Export process to be confirmed.]
